Can I change my wedding date?
Yes, as long as the new date is still available. If it’s taken we will just need to coordinate.
My venue is requiring a COI do you have this?
Yes! We are insured. This is to protect you and us.
Do you charge for a consultation?
No, all consultations are included
How much do I need to put as a down payment to save my date?
(2025 Weddings) We ask for 15-25% depending on how much your order is.
(2026+ Weddings) We are having a deal right now for $100 as your down payment and its refundable up to 3 months after it’s paid.
What if I decide to change my color scheme?
Just let us know as soon as possible. We order all flowers at least a month in advance.
Is shipping included in the preservation service?
You are responsible for the flowers getting to us, but you do not have to pay a return shipping fee. Drop offs and pickups are available just let us know your preference at the time of your consultation
Do you only do weddings?
No, we are here to serve you for all occasions!
